Undetected Malware in the Intranet

Undetected malware is already present in nearly all large corporate networks — and in many smaller ones as well. While the TARJA protection concept cannot detect this hidden malware, it can effectively neutralize it. Previously, such malware could communicate with the public internet — using the privileges of the user through whom it entered the corporate network — without being noticed. With the TARJA protection concept, however, free data exchange between the public internet and the intranet is no longer possible, thanks to the combination of the isolation appliance and the firewall. That means::

Protection against undetected malware within the intranet.

  • Malware can no longer download additional malicious code
  • It becomes unreachable and uncontrollable by external attackers
  • It can no longer transmit data to attackers (protection against data theft and industrial espionage)

Outdated Software

For various reasons, many companies continue to use outdated software — often with known security vulnerabilities. However, since no attacks can reach the corporate network, this software can still be operated with an acceptable level of risk.

Less Time Pressure

Security updates are no longer as time-critical, since attacks exploiting newly discovered vulnerabilities can no longer reach the corporate network.
